Everything reaches abuse@pkmnlab.com. It is named after the least pleasant thing it has to handle, because that is the thing that has to be findable in a hurry by someone who is annoyed. Bug reports, corrections, questions and ideas are just as welcome at it.
This is the most useful message you can send, and the one most likely to change the site the same week. Include:
The numbers here are compiled from the Pokémon Showdown data set, its Champions module and Smogon's ladder statistics, rebuilt from source rather than typed in by hand; the date of the build is at the bottom of every page. If a mistake originates upstream it will be repeated here, so send it anyway — the fix is to correct the pipeline, and that is worth knowing about.
Send the URL, what you clicked, what happened instead of what you expected, and whether you were on a phone or a desktop and in which browser. If your browser's console printed an error, paste it in. Layout problems are best explained with a screenshot.
Read the terms first, then write with the exact URL, a description of the material, the right you hold and how you hold it, and what you want done about it. A person reads that inbox and will act on it.
A tool that should exist, a page that should be written, a sentence that reads badly, a question about how one of the calculators arrives at its answer — all fine. There is no forum, no chat server and no ticket system: one inbox, read by one person, who replies when there is something worth saying.
