What this is

Competitive Pokémon moved to Pokémon Champions in April 2026, and Regulation M-B has been the ranked and event format since 17 June 2026. 310 Pokémon are legal in it and 76 of those are Mega Evolutions — which is the number that changes how teams are built, because Mega Evolution is the marquee mechanic here and Terastallization does not exist in Champions at all.

Every page linked above is generated from the same three sources on every build: Pokémon Showdown's own dex for stats, typings and learnsets, the Champions mod for what is legal, and Smogon's published usage statistics for what the ladder plays, drawn from 1,269,250 battles. None of it is written by hand, which is the only way a set of pages about a format with a closing date is still true a month from now.

What a usage figure is, and is not

A usage percentage is the share of teams that brought a Pokémon. It is not a win rate and it is not a strength ranking: it measures what people are choosing, and the two diverge most exactly where something is popular for being easy to play. Smogon publishes no head-to-head checks-and-counters data for doubles formats at all, so nothing here — and nothing anywhere on this site — is a measured counter. Where a page names threats, it says on its face that they are computed.

Figures that come from measured ladder data carry a foil mark wherever they appear, so a number you can trust to be measured is visually distinct from one that was calculated.

What is not here

No tournament results. Smogon's chaos files are ladder data, and a Pokémon Champions regional or the World Championships is a different population playing a different way; pretending otherwise would be the most flattering mistake this site could make. No checks-and-counters either, for the reason above. And no opinion tiers: the tier list bands what the ladder brought and prints its cut-offs, which is a description rather than a verdict.

Legality is read from Pokémon Champions' own format files rather than transcribed, so a Pokémon is listed here as legal because the game says so on the day the site was built. When the regulation rolls over, the same files produce a different answer and every page above follows without anyone editing them.

If you are building a team, start at the team builder — it reads every Pokémon here and will tell you what your six are exposed to. If you want to know what the ladder is doing right now, the tier list and the monthly usage report are the two shortest routes. If you want a single Pokémon, the species list is the place.
