What this list is

The 234 Pokémon that are legal in Pokémon Champions Regulation M-B and are not Mega Evolutions — those have their own list. 206 of them were played often enough on the ladder to produce usage statistics, drawn from 1,764,686 battles; the rest are legal and simply unplayed, and show a dash.

Ordering is by that usage figure, so the top of this list is the format. Every entry has the moves, item, ability and effort value spread the ladder actually runs, the full eighteen-type matchup board, and a computed list of what threatens it.

Why a Champions-only list

A generic Pokédex entry is a solved problem and there are several good ones. What none of them carry is what a Pokémon does in the regulation being played right now — which is the only part of it that changes, and the only part worth regenerating from data on every build. Regulation M-B closes on 9 September 2026 and this list is rebuilt from the format files, not edited by hand.
