Tatsugiri, number 978 in the National Dex and a Paldea Pokémon, holds Tatsugirinite to become Mega Tatsugiri Curly, taking its total from 475 to 575. The biggest single gain is 30 Defense, followed by 30 Sp. Def. Nothing goes down — HP stays exactly where it was.
The typing does not change — it is Dragon and Water before and after — so the Mega is the same defensive problem as the base form, only bigger. The ability stays Commander.
