Swampert, number 260 in the National Dex and a Hoenn Pokémon,
holds Swampertite to become Mega Swampert,
taking its total from 535 to 635. The biggest single gain is 40 Attack, followed by 20 Defense. Nothing goes down — HP stays exactly where it was.
The typing does not change — it is Water and Ground before and after — so the Mega is the same defensive problem as the base form, only bigger. Mega Evolving replaces Torrent and Damp with Swift Swim.
What gets through
As Water and Ground, 1 of the eighteen attacking types get through for extra damage, and Grass lands for quadruple. It resists 4 and is outright immune to 1. The full board is above; the short version is that the
